Robinson & Geraldo extends its condolences to the friends and family members of those who died in the collapse of the Key Bridge. Six of those who died were immigrants from Central America and have been described as hardworking, humble men, dedicated to their spouses, children, and families in their homelands. This description of them belies the false narrative that immigrants are poisoning the blood of American and are ‘not people.’ The history of America is that it is a country of immigrants. The United States has been built by immigrants from all over the world and our nation has long benefited from the new energy and ingenuity that immigrants bring. Immigration is a foundation of America.

Attorneys are active in the local bar associations. Manuel Geraldo is immediate past president of the Prince George’s County Bar Association and is on the Board of Governors for the Maryland State Bar Association. He is also on the Board of the Maryland Legal Aid, an organization advancing human rights and justice for all in Maryland. Alex Geraldo is on the Board of Community Legal Services and a member of the Young Lawyers of the Maryland State Bar Association.

Our COVID-19 Policy

Robinson & Geraldo is mindful of your safety and want to do our part to stem the spread of the COVID-19 Virus. Robinson & Geraldo has the following practices and policies to ensure your health and safety. They will remain in place until modified:

All clients will have the option to reschedule at any time for a future date (as available).
All clients will have an option to conduct a phone conference or video conference in lieu of a physical conference.
All clients, visitors or guests who wish to physically meet with staff will be required to complete a contactless temperature check at the building entrance prior to their meeting. If the recorded temperature is under 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit or 38 degrees Celsius, the individual may meet with staff. If the recorded temperature is at or above 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit or 38 degrees Celsius, the individual will not be allowed to meet staff nor remain on the premises.
All signings will be conducted on our premises and under our supervision. We are taking every step possible to ensure a safe and sanitary environment for you when you visit our office.
We understand that there may be unplanned delays and hardships caused by application deadlines and filings, and our inability to be physically present with you outside of the office. We will do our best to minimize the impact but ask that you understand we cannot prevent all necessary delays or financial hardships.
Please respect social distancing. We ask that you refrain from physical contact with the staff and the staff has been instructed to refrain from physical contact with you. Please feel free to use the sanitizers we are providing in our common areas and to use our washrooms for the purpose of washing your hands if you so choose.
We have heard from many people who want to talk to us about creating a will, trust, power of attorney, healthcare directive, etc. - just in case - and we are here to help anyone who has not taken steps to protect their loved ones.
